MyBoardGameList turns your BoardGameGeek collection into a private Netflix-style shelf, café catalog and kiosk-friendly game browser.
Browse cover cards or use search and filters for game type, players—including 8+—play time, difficulty and BGG age to quickly narrow the shelf.
Click a game to see BGG details, cover image, description, player count, play time, difficulty, categories and mechanics.
Use Re-sync BGG when you buy, sell or update games on BoardGameGeek. The app keeps cached data so loading feels smoother.
In Manage library, choose Add game under Manual games. Only title and player count are required. You can upload a PNG or JPG up to 5 MB; MyBoardGameList automatically optimizes it before saving.
Expansions can live under their core game. If BGG gets it wrong, use Manage library to move, restore or hide titles.
Add shelf zones like Zone 1, Zone 2 or Kids so guests can find the physical game faster. Admin can also auto-create and reset zones.
Show Danish, English or combined Danish + English flag badges on games. MyBoardGameList guesses the language automatically, and you can override it in Manage library.
Pick a fixed homepage game for “Månedens Brætspil / Board Game of the Month”, choose the text size and decide whether the label is Danish, English or both.
Open a game and mark it as Available or Out. In Kiosk/Public mode guests can update status if you allow it.
Use Kiosk mode in a café or shop. It hides admin controls behind a 6 digit PIN so guests can browse without changing setup.
Create a public no-login URL like /public/dioncafe for guests, QR codes or embedding on another website.
Use Manage library to change theme, feature visibility, public catalog settings, kiosk PIN, zones and admin-only collection tools.
MyBoardGameList stores your token server-side only. It is not shown again in the browser after saving.
